As the official first post at the turnabout i figured it would serve as an easy way to get some of the basics out of the way~

So hi and welcome! I’m JJ and I’m a massive dweeb who loves all things nerdy :^)

My life in the realm of pop culture basically started the day I was born – my mother is a huuuge trekkie and scifi nerd, there was no real hope for me. Growing up I remember watching old stargate episodes with her and playing games together on our 64. Pop Culture has always been ingrained in my life and as I’ve gotten older my tastes have continued to be in all things fun and nerdy.

So lets look at the big 3 topics I’m hoping to cover: video games, anime/manga, aaaand…the rest?
